VOTE FOR CHANGE: The REAL COST OF THE STATUS QUO
When residents reference financial documents, records, timelines, etc. , the current Board has chosen to label those facts as “rumors” or “misinformation.”
I prefer to work with verifiable and factual information – and I am always happy to share data sources.
Both of these figures are directly from the September 2025 Financial Summary that was created by Sunrise Management based on factual financial information and then distributed by board members to attendees at the September 11, 2025 HOA Board meeting.
